Subscription information

This page explains the setup process. Your issued subscription agreement and payment checkout supply the terms for your subscription. Review both before signing or paying.

Price and scope

$30 per month or $300 per year for one funeral home/website. Annual billing saves $60 compared with twelve monthly payments. The subscription provides your branded estimator and private administration. Your existing website and its hosting remain separate.

Getting started

1. Send a business inquiry. We respond with setup information and a private invitation.
2. Use your dashboard to review and electronically sign the issued agreement, choose the billing term and complete Stripe checkout.
3. Enter your logo, services, prices, products and current price lists. Private setup and previews are available while signing or payment is pending.
4. Complete provider review. New accounts can publish only after a signed agreement and confirmed payment or approved access. Add the estimator link to your own website.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Your agreement and checkout identify whether renewal is automatic and the selected monthly or annual term. Do not assume that sending an inquiry authorizes renewal or a payment. For an active Stripe subscription, use Manage Stripe billing in your dashboard to review billing and available cancellation options. Canceling a future renewal normally retains access through the already paid term, unless service is suspended. Cancellation does not automatically erase your saved configuration or agreement records.

Review your issued agreement for notice requirements, refund eligibility, price changes and any exceptions. If anything is unclear or you cannot access billing, email sales@funeralestimatepro.com before purchasing or renewing. This page does not promise a refund or replace your agreement.

Estimates and funeral arrangements

The estimator supplies planning information. It does not guarantee a quote, make funeral arrangements, accept preneed funds or replace your required price lists, authorizations or final arrangement documents. Disclosure templates and recorded provider review do not certify compliance with federal or state requirements.
