This notice describes the sales website, business inquiries and account information used to provide Funeral Estimate Pro.

Sales inquiries

When you send the form, we receive your name, funeral home, email address, message, request reference, contact permission and submission time. We save it to our private owner dashboard to respond and discuss setup. Sending an inquiry does not purchase a subscription or enroll you in marketing emails. Please send business information only, not information about families or deceased persons.

Customer accounts and agreements

If you become a customer, the service stores account/contact information, your configuration, branding, uploaded products and price lists, access/payment records and signed agreement records. Electronic agreement records include the signer’s typed name and role, business and covered website, account identity, selected plan, accepted terms, consent and signing time. These support the service, security, billing and agreement records.

Hosting, payment and backups

The sales website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and the estimator through Render. Hosting services process technical requests and may keep operational logs, including network addresses and browser information. Stripe handles checkout and payment methods separately; this application does not store full card numbers. Encrypted application backups may be stored in the operator’s connected Google Drive. We limit inquiry and account records to authorized administration access. No online service can promise absolute security.

Browser storage

This sales page does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Its interactive illustration keeps selections in page memory. The separately hosted estimator remembers family selections in that visitor’s browser; those selections are not automatically sent as sales inquiries or leads. Administration uses authentication cookies and may keep private preview drafts in browser storage. Hosting or sign-in services can use their own cookies.

Retention and requests

Inquiries and service records remain available for responding, providing support, maintaining security and retaining business/agreement records. The service does not currently promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us. We review requests and explain any record-retention needs. Signed records are retained unchanged through the application; canceling billing does not automatically delete them. Encrypted backup copies may retain earlier records until those copies are replaced or removed.
